I purchased Bellavei products on the 01 /11/2016 that was advertised for R349.00 but when the transaction was done, I received an sms from my bank with a total of R2007.00 that was deducted. I immediately phoned (+[protected]) them and sent an e-mail ([protected]@bellavei) to their support to give me a refund. I received a e-mail back saying they cannot assist as the product is shipped already. I asked but why was it shipped if I sent a e-mail to cancel the transaction. They told me I have 2 options, either they give me a 50% refund or I ship the products back when I receive it but at a 15 % ship fee but yet when I read the T&C's after they have told me that in, it state you can get a refund anytime. Falls advertising I have mailed them Numerous times but I still have not received any order i would like a full refund.
