Hi, I placed an order with Bellavei and paid on 11 April. My card was debited straight away, but I still have not received my package. No one bothers to find out what courier was used. I mailed the "support" address on numerous occasions but I still have not received any positive results. I tried to get a tracking no from this company, visited my post office on a few occasions, but no one has even answered my last mail from about 4 weeks ago. I don't know what to do anymore, I even suggested that they return my money, but also no answer there... I'm very disappointed, Lindi (South Africa) Dreadful experience to say the least
