Belfort Furniture Sold Defective Furniture

Update by user Dec 02, 2012 Over a month since I filed this complaint and NO response from Belfort! Further proof that Belfort has no level of customer service. Mr. Huber, CEO, obviously doesn,t know how to manage down. Original review posted by user Oct 30, 2012 Belfort Furniture delivered a defective entertainment/TV console to me which ALSO was different from the model I saw when purchased it. When I brought this to their attention, they said the model I got was what they had - they showed me one they had in their warehouse. When I showed them a copy of the picture of the item as proof of what I saw when I purchased it, they said the manufacturer stopped make that model. Additionally, the one they delivered to me had small cracks. Their answer to me was that it past time to do anything about this. They should have taken back the item and provided me with a refund. They stopped returning my call.
