Being rip off by CREDIT ONE BANK

ON 9/5/20 I closed my account with credit one bank everything was paid in full so I though. On 10/21/20 I received a bill for 52.00 , 22.00 was a late charge. When I contact credit one by phone they said my account wasn't closed until 9/28/20 why was that when I closed it on 9/5/20. CREDIT ONE BANK IS A RIP OFF. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM CREDIT ONE BANK OR YOU WILL GET SCREW.
