When lowered membership was promised by salesman Joe that i would not have to pay another annual fee based upon I already paid before i lowered my membership bill. And Joe failed to honor his word so he promised another deal that i would get credit for this month bill cycle and would not get charged this month payment and he lied again. I tried calling up about this issue and the representative keep hanging up and dropping calls and haven't gotton through. I feel very disrespected by the staff and front desk. User's recommendation: Not at all.
