I had hail damage to my RV filed a claim. Then was told that I had a lap in my insurance at the time of it happen How can that happen when I I was never told it NO email no Phone call or a letter and when I called My agent he flat out lied to my first I had to wait a month to get my cab card and policy and I called text and sent a email to my agent and had to talk to someone else in the office to get them my husband is not on my policy because he is not able to drive as he has stage 4 cancer and I was hounded over it but I couldn't get my agent on the phone or get a call back I'm a old woman and I don't like to be lied to or and not have someone be rude to me and talk to me like I've lost my mind now I have damage to my RV and be told we can't do anything so. Here I sit with a husband who is dieing and can't get my RV fixed because my agent won't back me and tell the truth I will never recommend State farm to my worst Anime Enemy so I will be contacting the insurance Review board to file a complaint I would give no stars if I could User's recommendation: Don't do it lying pieces of Crap ( like a good Neighbor state farm is there ) Not a chance in ***.
