A Nextdoor neighborhood lead emailed my employer to cite the number of times Ive reported abusive members. This lead, Cindy Lum, attempted to get me fired from my job for flagging posts that violate ND guidelines. She said I was attempting to control the platform through my actions. I hold no positions of power at ND. I cannot delete comments or remove members. I only report members who personally arrack me in the platform. This occurred in San Franciscos Richmond District. User's recommendation: Volunteer moderators display extreme bias and are vindictive.
