Being cheated by Ezbuy Indonesia

Update by user Sep 16, 2018 Ezbuy Indonesia has not contacted me until now although I have emailed them and my money has not been refunded. Original review posted by user Aug 16, 2018 I buy something from Ezbuy Indonesia dan didn't received the item until about 2 months. I complain the customer service and ask why my order hasn't been sent. The customer service didn't response my email. I contacted also the Ezbuy in Singapore (I get info that this is the headquarter of Ezbuy) but the say that they don't have connection with Ezbuy Indonesia so they can not help me with my problem. So I emailed the customer service of Ezbuy Indonesia every until oneday they response my email. They promise me to send my money back. They have requested my bank account but until now the never send back my money and they didn't response my email again. I think this website has cheated me and gone away with my money.
