Being charged for more than 1 qty
I had tried to contact them since this morning 945 till now 3.29pm. None of them get back to me yet. I email them and i keep waiting at live chat. But it keep auto log me out i have to re-enter same issue and re queue up again and again. And visitor is not moving at all. I am so frustrated & pissed off on ezbuy customer service, I call them on their hotline also have to wait this is absolutely disappointing!! I made a purchase yesterday 12am , i clearly choose all the item 1QTY, but only to be found out after i made payment it overcharged for 40dollars plus! And some of the items orders are x2qty, x3qty, even x4qty! Some were newly added into cart just few mins before i make payment, and i clearly only choose 1qty. This is really so dissapointting!!!!!!!!!!! I am a huge fan of ezbuy, i every few month spent 100-200plus over here, never ever encounter this kind of issue before. I AM NOT GONNA SHOP FROM EZBUY ANYMORE IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO REFUND!
