There is no customer service. They mail forms that they do not understand. They refer the call to another department who does not call back. Furthermore, they do not let you use the security deposit for damages the guest caused, even with pictures. Why would anyone book with them? I am forced to charge higher prices because they cannot accept responsibility for their lack of care. User's recommendation: Do not book with Airbnb.
