Behavior of JPS pharmacy staff
1
I was going in the pharmacy, I'm on crutches and the black woman at the door saw I was going to have to go straight, but her foot was in the way. I gave her a look and then she said with an attitude, "Excuse you!" I said the same. When I got to the window, the clerk told me it would be an hour and a half before the prescription was ready, I asked why as there's not many in line and certainly not enough to validate 90 minutes for service. With an attitude, she said, "Really, cause we fill for 3,000 a day. That's a lie. Your staff are rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and almost approaching being bullies. The public was assured when this new pharmacy was built that it would be more efficient. It's not, in fact it's worse and I will complain to the Better Business Bureau.
