Bought a recliner at the Middleburgh hts store in Ohio. It was defective and l had a service tech come to my house and ok’d a new chair. It was on the truck to be delivered, then Covid-19 Hit and I didn’t get it. Then the bankruptcy... now 4months later I can’t get any help. When I talked to the manger Steven Wilson he wanted to sent a tech out again! Why is what I want to know!? I am a disabled vet and I sleep in my chair and l need it now. When I tried to talk to him about my issues his responses was to hang up on me!! I’ve already waited over four months and I’m tired. I’ve been buying my furniture at Levins for many years, and never have I been treated like this‼ I’m hoping YOU can help me with this issue. User's recommendation: Buyer be warned.
