Been waiting for customer service rep to call since 3/19 reps are rude on the phone and tell me “that matter willl not be dealt with today” what great customer service

charaged me for a battery that i had to tell them was a bad on after just having car serviced a few weeks earlier. battery died on me four times and i had to recharge it. battery only 2 years old. i should have gone to auto zone or advance auto where they would have installed a battery for free with 5 year warranty. never going back to that dealership
