Been trying to arrange payments for 3 months

I have been given 2 different case numbers in order to make payment arrangements and I am yet to be called back. Today my phones were cut off. I am so upset, because my account is in arrears by way more than it should be and when I request a statement it is never emailed to me!! Case numbers ///02316//105250**** User's recommendation: *** no!
