Been on hold for 45 minutes to Customer service about credit card issue.

I am still on hold with First Tennessee Customer Service about a credit card issue and I am having to listen to their stupid music and it is driving me crazy. I was put on hold when I called a different number for about 15 minutes so I decided to try the number on my credit card and I have now been on hold for nearly an hour. I just changed my bank from First Freedom to First Tennessee yesterday and I am really sorry that I did that. If this is the kind of service I am going to get from First Tennessee then I will be going back to First Freedom or another bank. I've never seen such service in my life and I should have checked the reviews before I went to First Tennessee. I was with them a few years ago, and had an issue with one of their employees and changed banks. I am going to see just how long they will keep me on hold. They never step in and say someone will be with me shortly, they just keep playing that stupid music. This is a bank!!! I will be closing my account and going to another bank, most likely the one I left.
