Been getting screwed around for 6 weeks on a set of tires that fall under their guarantee to exchange or replace.

This matter has gone on for 6-8 weeks. Got new BFG tires and they changed the compound on this particular tire and it now sucks. Been trying to get them off the car since they went on all to no avail. Its been a nightmare. I'm done with them after this. User's recommendation: Don't be a customer to this *** they've become.
