this company is always down for some reason or another but they always want the monthly paymentmy problem is that they were down for over a solid month and they kept giving me a different excuse every time I would call but anyway I sent them the payment but never got service and the tech people just started getting very rude and would no longer helpso I got another internet company and so far it has been very nice having internet service so if you ask me do not get rise broadband its terrible Resound is the way to go!!!!!
