I have been calling fir weeks on long hold call 23 or 37 for hours tbis is RIDICULOUS its easy for you to take my money hard fir me to contact you with a problem. I started emailing this week only to get a response of sorry your having problems getting through feel free to call us back WHAT if I can't get through why wouldn't someone be professional take all my emails seriously and help me I shouldn't have to contact BBB
