I am moroaswi lebogang stephinah, (ID: [protected]-86; CELL: [protected]) bought the toledo bedroom suite at the russels alberton branch in April this year. To my surprise when I went to collect the bedroom suite at the Polokwane warehouse it was only planks. On asking why it was not assembled they told me I did not pay the assembling fee of which I was not told about at the alberton branch. I then went to pay that fee early June this year and was told they will end out people to go assemble it at my place within a week's time. Surprisingly, no one was sent. I therefore called them several times each time being told we will log the call and even today I'm still waiting. I was requesting that people be sent to assemble my bedroom suite
