I ordered curtains and a clock from bedbathstore.com (located in LYNBROOK NY). The clock came and was not as expected and the curtains i just didn't like. I called to inquire and spent 3 days trying to get someone on the phone. Finally I reached a rep and they said the clock was incorrect and they would send me a label to return and ck on getting me the right one. Never heard a word. Decided to send everything back. That was in December. Never got a credit....no one picked up when I called. I called AMEX to cancel the charges....now I see that they credited my account but this place deducted 10% for a restocking fee!!!! The place is ***....never go there and it just isn't worth it to fight for $7.....but I would never ever recommend them...
