Bed from pottery barn kids

I bought 3 beds, 2 from kids section and 1 from adult section. On 27th June they arrived and been fixed and noticed that one of the kids bed was damaged and it been removed and suppose to get new one within 2 weeks. I keep on following with the manager of city center which he suppose to follow on it and call me. Tried calling him today within no response.
