I moved in a apartment complex named Avenir at Casa Bella, in Charlotte, NC, last year. I moved in with two rooms full of furniture. Due to a monstrous roof leak and bed bugs, I left with all of my family portraits ruined and had to throw away all of my furniture because it was contaminated with bed bugs. This community was a nightmare. I wanted to warn others so that they would not endure the loss that I did! I still can't believed that this happened to me. The good thing is that I moved into some wonderful apartments where the property manager actually cares about the health of me and my children, not just the money.
