basically their app didn't say anything about a $100 deposit, which has to be in cash, to be able to stay in one of these rooms at this stupid policy hotel. Which left me and my family literally outside and freezing temperatures with my funds that I had used for the room, still tied up in a damn refund . User's recommendation: Don't book this hotel or use this app. The app that I use was dosh.
