Checked into Speedco @ Loves in Rochelle IL at 515 am 9/6/2019. My night dispatch gave them a PO number and said to use the bridgestone account. They said they couldn't change tire until our dayshict shop came in and sent approval through the loves connect computer process. This after my calling ahead and hearing their sigh and disappointment that they guessed they could get me in. NO ONE ELSE IS HERE, THEY JUST WANNA HANG OUT AND SMOKE THEIR CIGARETTES
