Yes there is I ask for a new vacuum and the sent me Refurbish peace Then I call back and I told me That they were going to have someone call me and then That never happened Turn the customer service representative was rude nasty and meanSo they send me a wrong piece but the whole vacuums not working Right I Spent over $300 for this vacuum that's not working right all I want is a replacement vacuum not to refurbish A brand new Vacuum User's recommendation: Do call customers support cuz they are rude and nasty.
