I had my party in June, still waiting on my stone ,deep dish pie plate and medium Rectangular baker, dates keep changing, they are rude and arrogant, my guest they said asked for a refund, she didn't, it's been horrible, waiting 5 months, they don't offer anything for your wait,and my guests got a 2.00 $ cookbook for the free item and it was supposed to be a sandwich maker, I will not ever order or have another pampered chef party very upset. User's recommendation: Hope you get all your items in a reasonable time frame.
