Because I am unable to find the original receipt, they tell me without a bank statement showing the transaction, I am out of luck.

When I went to the Lowes store they said call the company. When I called the company they said go to the store. Apparently, I look like a thief. User's recommendation: Be sure to keep your receipt for the entire warranty time period. If you try to get help even with the skew still on the pot and don’t have the original receipt you are out of luck.
