Box 381 Brea, CA’92822 Hi Interested Party BBB , I made a reservation at good nite inn Thursday October 24, 2019 and paid in full $58.42. I was treated worse than a dog when I asked the front desk person Brandy to use their rest room. I was denied let down, discrimnated and told by Brandy that they have been around since 1985 and think like 1985 and won't allow me to use their rest room. I was disappointed and make me sick in my stomach inside because I'm a minority person. Why I was discriminated' I'm asking Monterey consumer protection to investigate this matter and sew. They have to be stopped now. I was treated like dirt. I think good nite Inn should be penalized. They want my money but they don't show me humanity and respect.
