I ordered a free sample of this cream and was told I would pay shipping. My card was charged 3.95 and two charges of .99. On those changes the word reoccurring appeared twice. I called to canceled said they would not close the account. They use off shore India gentlemen to answer their phone. All you could hear in the back ground was lots of India men's raised voices. This is not free they charge you a 20 restocking fee and you are to send the product back with a special number or your card will be charged. I am going to report them to the Utah BBB.
