Beach if privacy information?

2

Three years after registering with Canada Drives (and then leasing a car elsewhere) I still get calls from dealerships trying to sell me a car. To be expected, I suppose. That is what I signed up for. Canada Drives does -not- remove your information when advised of your successful purchase/lease. Why? Because they continue to make money on your information: selling your information (outdated or not) is how they make money. What bothers me is that I am now receiving emails from Pacific Seed Bank using the email address I only ever used with Canada Drives Canada Drives appears to sell your information to unrelated 3rd parties. I'm currently waiting on a response on an inquiry made to their privacy officer... User's recommendation: like a obsessive ex, you'll never be free of them.
