We were granted a modification but had to make 3 pre-trial payments. These payments were due July, August and September of this year 2019, we made all three payments on time and in full. However, we still have not received our modification paperwork yet. We continue to make the pre-trial payments in fear they will say we did not continue to make payments so they denied the modification. They have send to property appraisers on numerous occasions, I'd say like the past 4-5 months, now and still nothing. Does anyone know how to get through to a Manager?
