Ordered 3 custom fatheads for my wife's 60th birthday party. When they arrived, they were much smaller than I had been lead to believe in the ordering process. The 12X18 fatheads were closer to 9 1/2X11. 40 percent of the foam core was just wasted, white space. Spoke to a customer service rep (who was very nice) and she asked what they could do to make it right. I said I wanted some of my cost refunded and was told they can't do that. Never again.
