AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I took my new truck to this "wash" and as I was going through I heard the sound of something hard hitting the top of my windshield on the passanger side of my truck. Open finishing the "wash" I got out of my truck and i see a scratch (one that catches your finger nail) approx 18 inches long across the top of my truck just above where it hit my windshield. After I saw the scratch I contacted the attendants (the manager and owners were not there) and was told the manager would contact me. I received no reply and had to continue pursuing him. When I did finally get ahold of him he sent me to an outside business and had me get an estimate to have the scratch repaired. I got the estimate and when I brought it back to him he told me that they were not going to do anything about it at all, won't fix it no composition, nothing. They should not be around with the services they provide or the customer satisfaction they give.
