Be sure to do their job , ask every question and obtain any all information your gonna need to get the outcome your looking for !!!!!!!!!

Had a new service installed, had the new service inspected , contacted nyseg , went through the entire questionnaire and even received a job number, many months went by and still no meter installed. Contacted nyseg several times, even asked meter readers if they could shed light on the situation...... All responses were be patient it takes a while. At the end of the 5th month nyseg was contacted again, BUT this time the representative informed that they were waiting on the 300 dollar deposit and the load spec paperwork , none of which I had knowledge of and no load spec paperwork was ever received. All discrepancy were taken care of...... It will be interesting to see how long it will be before they complete their end of the task, fingers crossed I won't have to install the meter myself!!!!!
