Be ready to do your own leg work with online boarding process

I have the worst experience with Randstad payroll and account executive. I had to wait an entire month for my first paycheck. The online boarding process did not serve its purpose it did not update my information. Opening service tickets for issues were never responded to but the ticket would be closed out 1hr later with no resolution or callback. My account executive mislead me with starting date. I was told two weeks and that turned into two months.
