Be prepared for problems getting setup

Bought and installed Cyberghost this AM. Went through the setup, logged on, ran for a few seconds and shut down. Got hold of support and am still waiting. Suggested tips, uninstall and reinstall, I did so and still the exact same results. cannot change password, it will not allow the one I used to signup, nothing seems to be working properly including Support.
