Be cautious and do not use

Sales team and everyone until you get your keys are great. After that it all ends. Finishing work is very subpar. Very mild winter and a pipe broke and am told it is not warrantied because a hose was left on the hose bib. Home is 10 months old. Was never instructed about leaving a hose on and listened to the construction person that walked me through the do's and don'ts when getting keys. Weatherized house as instructed. Am not from the area. Now I am with a busted pipe on a 10 month old house with no assistance from Lennar. Very disappointed with the staff along with the purchase from this company.
