According to your tracking system, and to your employees who monitor shipments, my shipment sat in Arnhem for more than 7 days. I called twice and this situation was confirmed by phone. No explanation for the delay could be found or given. What happened? When your staff placed an alert on the system it appears to have had an effect. My shipment was located and continued moving. This is a complaint by me, your customer. I had to call in to discover this info because your tracking system offered no updates for 6 days between NOV 20 and NO V 26. Stuck somewhere in Arnhem or Lieges. Your unexplained delay was expensive to my client because the goods were needed to continue progress on their building construction project.
