Be aware to sign contract with their Vendor

On 7/17/19 I purchased a lifetime membership of the Click2Go Travel Program, through Resort Exchange National Travel / Ren Travel, LLC, a VENDOR of the Click2Go Travel Program. On the Program Agreement there's a logo of Click2Go Travel (Contract # 300618). I canceled it immediately the next day on 7/18/19. Mr. Sean Stacy, the GM of Ren Travel, received the cancellation, and he said he will expedite to issue the REFUND. He said the normal turn around is less than 10 days. I called again and again re the refund. On 7/31/19 Mr. Stacy called, telling that the refund would be mailed to me on the next day. But I have not received it until now. My calls direct to him, or to his assistant, or to his offices / addresses in CA , or VA just went to an answering machine. And my emails to him went unanswered. As a senior, I need the money. I'm just wondering, is this a Scam? When would I get the REFUND? As a business Partner (Ren Travel is Click2Go Vendor), and as on the Payment Authorization /Release it's mentioned that $249.00 was paid direct to Click2Go, we hope Click2Go would push Ren Travel (as their Vendor) to REFUND the amount $3000.00 to me as soon as possible.
