Recently was told I need to change my password due to possible hacking what? Ok fine go to the platform and all my stored info and list of stocks etc etc etc are all gone? Like I just opened a new account??? I had 11 years worth of info saved and its all gone. Needless to say how many thousands of dollars I have spent on commissions and all my info is gone? Also there fill pricing is the absolute worst. They will fight you over a penny till the bitter end, it really is ridiculous. They need to spend more time being customer friendly and accountable for filling orders promptly and less time adding unnecessary upgrades to the platform.
