I was sold the Digital Retinal Imaging, which it was not explained that this is NOT a necessary procedure, that it has limitations vs a dilated eye exam, should not be used to replace a dilated eye exam and should be taken every year to be able to compare. Had I known this, I would not have paid the extra $27.00. I felt that MyeyeDr did not provide complete information and that this service is being sold in an inappropriate way. I contacted MyEyeDr. twice and have not heard back from them at the time of this complaint.
