Be aware, lack of support on Air France

I have been in touch with Air France on their Facebook Messenger support page. They are supposed to be very responsive. No response for the past 24 hours (I was trying to get clarification - see enclosed, in French - regarding the luggage allowance). Unacceptable. I just hope they have a better control over their planes than they have on how the deal with their clients.
