BDO online banking/prepaid mobile load

This is the second that I've been using my bdo online banking to bought a prepaid load, the first one was ok I received the load immediately but today I bought 250 pesos load but unfortunately no load received and the bad thing was, it was unsuccessful but deducted from my account. please do something regarding to this matter, kindly return the money account.
