Bcbg, I bought a dress on your website 2 Weeks ago, when it arrived it did not fit me properly. BCBG DID NOT INCLUDE any return paperwork in with the dress. The Bcbg website did not say you could not return it. I called Bcbg Customer. Service on 12/8/15 and was put on hold for 25 minutes. When a customer service person came on, I explained that I needed to exchange the dress for a Different size. She said there are "No exchanges". I asked what can I do? They never said anything on the website about no exchanges. She said there is nothing we can do. Please help me exchange this for a dress for one that fits me properly. I called last week to get a return label, and they said they would send it. IT NEVER ARRIVED. I told the lady that.
