Purchased full price gown to the tune of $998.00 in NYC at full price. I live in Colorado, where there is no Max Azria store. Sent the gown back to the online division because I had no way of exchanging the item. Keep in mind this item was still listed on the web site for full price, 998.00. Received a letter stating they would not exchange the item because it was not purchased online. Called customer service and they gave me the runaround for 40 minuties; pretending to be waiting for a supervisor. Moral of the story: Do not buy from this company, they are scam artists that provide zero customer service and refuse to exchange full price items. I'm waiting for items to show up on eBay for 25 cents on the dollar because I don't have any money left to buy their clothes.
