I spent over $250 on a DieHard jumpstarted that had been properly charged and stored, yet it has never held a charge. The two times i have needed it, its been dead even after fully charging the day before AND all functions turned in to the OFF position. I would like to send it back or bring to be looked at. But im not willing to do so if i have to pay out of pocket. I will buy a different brand. So far ive had no luck getting in touch with someone who can help me. Thanks.
