Battery died

Less than 6 months I bought Bissell iconpet. I used it daily because I have two cats. I can't recharge the battery for some reason, I can't replace the battery because no service in my area, I can't order online anywhere. So I just throw out $300 on the window!! I'm very disappointed!!! User's recommendation: Very disappointed!
