Hi, We booked a room for NYE, whilst the bedding was clean hence we stayed the bathroom was filthy the floor was so disgusting bits of tissue everywhere, bins full, toilet needed a good clean, sink dirty and we would have not gone near the shower. We did not complain at the time as basically we were pushed for time to get to our night out and our friends had issue with rooms being double booked so we were aware another room would not have been availalble . I would like someone to come back, as whilst tired rooms are fine for a one night stay there is no excuse for dirt, that is basic .
