Bath Fitter's rep was excellent. He explained everything! What we had to spend right down to the penny, what they would actually do, and how long it would take. We had a one-piece tub with shower enclosure and it was cracked at the bottom. Bath Fitter could not do the tub over thing so we did a complete remodel and had a completely new tub and enclosure shower put in. The installer had the tub installed in eight hours total. I was amazed that the gentleman was by himself. I thought at least another person would come to help him, but he said he did one of those a day. He was a very nice gentleman and pleasant. He answered any of the questions we had and did an excellent installation. He cleaned up after himself and left nothing behind. It has been three months since the installation and so far, we love everything they did, the plumbing, the faucets, and the showerhead. - Homer Spradlin
