Bate & switch on there customer 800 number

I called to get tech support on 800 number & only given one number to push or hang up. upon pushing that number I got rep's who wanted to send me a $100.00 coupon towards a purchase & that it would cost me $4.95 for them to send. Stated I just wanted tech support the Rep's hung up on me. rep. by name of Mark did it 2 me twice.This happened 4 times with 3 different rep'. Never did get tech. support.As far as the tv goes they can keep it.I will try to return it. So much for this christmas gift.
